Aastha Jain, is an IP Consultant at Mehta & Mehta Associates (MehtaIP). She assists in conducting and managing Trade Mark searches, filing, prosecution, and oppositions at the global forefront.

She has completed her post-graduation in Master of Laws (LL.M.) with first position (Gold Medalist) and has many accolades to her name.

She has dual specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and Corporate Laws.
